Ballet/Creative Movement for Children (ages 8+)
Sandy Larson uses a very nurturing approach in her teaching style as she exposes young dancers to movement; both technique-based Ballet and creative movement (often times discovering a style all their own). Based on the philosophy that children already “know” how to dance, she wishes to crystallize their natural ability, expose them to new forms of movement, and bring them further into their hearts, where she believe dance lives…far from ego. Expect your young dancer to have a stronger sense of self-worth, flexibility, and physical strength by semester’s closing.
Ballet/Creative Movement for Children Intermediate (ages 8+)
(Dance experience required. All Intermediate students must also be enrolled in Monday’s class.)

Also, your dancer will learn about various individuals that have made their mark in the dance world with their innovative styles and ideas. This class is created to challenge the serious young dancer. Informational packets will be given.
