Spend your special event In the beautiful space at Broadway Academy. You can rent one studio or whole venue depending on what you require for your party, meeting or seminar. We have tables and chairs for over 100 guests that is included in pricing. You can bring in your choice of licensed caterer and have bar with bartender with ABC card. The acoustics in the venue are fantastic and a great place for band or DJ. We have hosted dance and theater shows, auctions and festive Christmas parties. Entire Space: 6,000 Square Feet
Red Studio: 2,400 Square Feet
Gold Studio: 2,400 Square Feet
Green Studio: 800 Square Feet
Rental Fees for Instructors
Large Studios: $20 per hour
Small Studios: $15 per hour
